We like to keep thing simple for our customers.  Generally, after an initial meeting, we quote a fixed price against a pre-agreed scope of work.  Should you wish to proceed, that will be the price you pay.

Where a project is not so easily defined, we can handle things in other ways.  We can carry out a brief evaluation exercise which can conclude with a proposal of how best to proceed.  Or we can break things down into bite size chunks where we tackle one stage at a time with no obligation to the customer to continue after each milestone is reached and so this keeps things very flexible.
